Olives in size 2XL, the largest in our range, from Turkey. They are meaty and rich in flavour, well suited for when you want big, impressive olives on a platter or alongside appetisers.

How to use it

  • Arrange them whole on an appetiser platter, with cheese and pickled vegetables.
  • Stuff them with peppers, cheese or almonds, as an appetiser.
  • Cut them into large slices to go over pizza, pasta or Greek salads.
  • Crush them into an olive paste for bruschetta.

Storage

Keep them in the fridge after opening and leave them covered with their brine or oil so they stay juicy.

Opened olives and sauces keep best in the fridge. Pastes (pepper, tomato, sesame) store well somewhere cool and dark — a thin layer of oil on top helps once the jar is open.
