How to use it

  • Use hot water, but not boiling (around 75-80°C), so the green tea doesn’t turn bitter.
  • Infuse it briefly, 1-2 minutes; the leaves can be re-infused a few times.
  • Drink it plain, hot or chilled; in summer it works very well as an iced green tea.
  • Being mild, it also suits people who haven’t got used to bitter green tea.
