About the product

BBQ Smoky is a dry blend built around smoked sweet paprika, with garlic, onion, sweet paprika, pepper and chilli alongside. Thyme and cumin add depth without moving the profile away from classic BBQ territory. There is no oil and nothing wet in it, so it can be measured straight from the bag and used either as a dry rub or as a finishing seasoning.
